Q. What can I expect at the club?
We have 40 acres of wooded and open space where you can enjoy friends or simply be alone. You can also enjoy our walking trail, pool, hot tub, club house, covered pavilion and other amenities. We have RV slots and overnight accommodations available.

Q. Will I be expected to be nude right away?
We are a nudist club  but we do allow you to remain clothed while you adjust to the new freedom around you . After only a short time, you'll probably share the option  of having no clothes at all. Nudity is required in the pool and hot tub.

Q. I'm skinny/ fat/ have scars etc. Will people stare at me?
Nudists are among the most accepting people you'll find. Chances are you'll encounter those who are fatter/thinner/ have more scars than you may have.

Q. What about tattoos, piercings or body jewelry?
Earrings, necklaces, waist bands, etc. and tattoos in good taste are acceptable. Genital jewelry is not allowed.

Q. What should I bring to the club or event?
Bring a towel to sit on and maybe a second one for showers or use around the pool area. Sit only on your towel. Don't forget shoes/ sandals, a hat and suntan lotion. Bring your beverage of choice with you - we are a dry county! Pets are welcome but must be on a leash. Hamburgers and chips are available on Saturdays and Sundays from April 1 to October 31. Bring other food product with you.

Q. Is social nudity really about sex?
Definitely not! Nudists are not opposed to sex but they know how to consider it in a context that is different from nudity. As simple as that sounds, it's a cultural  concept that hasn't been mastered by many folks in modern America. Overt sexual behavior anywhere on the grounds is not tolerated!

Q. I'm a male and new to all this. What if I get an erection?
This is probably the most frequently asked question but is also among the very least common occurrence at nudist events. It happens rarely, if at all! Simply use your towel to cover up or leave the area.

Q. I'm a female and new to all this. What about my time of the month?
Menstruation is a normal part of life. Many nudist women manage their periods by using a tampon with the string  snipped short to avoid attracting attention. Others wear a pair of shorts during the time it's necessary. Staying out of the pool and hot tub is recommended.

Q. What about the kids? Are children adversely affected by nudity?
No, quite the contrary. Childhood experiences are enhanced by the naturalness and honesty associated with social nudity. Studies have shown that children raised in nudist households are more likely to grow up to have a better education, better jobs and more stable marriages (Ocami, Abramson, UCLA) Nudity is a natural state for children, it's the rejection of nudity that is a learned response.

Q. Can I just show up at the gate?
You can, but it's always nice to know ahead of time that you would like to come out and spend your day with us. Call 903-873-3311 and let us know when you would like to visit.
